PRIVACY AGREEMENT

This Privacy Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms of the agreement between Pilot Lazer ("Company") and its customers, where the Company
commits to protecting the customer's confidential information.

Definitions

a. "Company" refers to the entity that represents Pilot Lazer and protects customer information in accordance with this Privacy Agreement.

b. "Customer" refers to the individual or legal entity that has a business relationship with the Company and shares its confidential information with the
Company

c. "Confidential Information" refers to the information shared by the Customer with the Company, which is considered confidential due to its
commercial, technical, financial, or other characteristics. Confidential Information may be in written, oral, or electronic format and may have a
confidentiality nature even if it is not explicitly marked as "confidential" or similar terms

Confidentiality Commitment

The Company commits to maintaining the confidentiality of the Customer's Confidential Information in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
The Company may only share the Customer's Confidential Information with authorized employees, contractors, or third parties with whom it collaborates,
but only within the scope of the business relationship and with the Customer’s explicit written consent

Privacy Policies and Procedures

The Company takes appropriate security measures to protect the Customer's Confidential Information. These measures include physical, electronic, and
administrative safeguards to ensure that the information is protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The Company regularly reviews and
improves its Privacy Policies and Procedures.

Continuation of Confidentiality Obligations

Even if this Agreement ends or is terminated, the Company will continue to maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and reserves
the right to use or disclose this information as necessary.

Legal Obligations

The Company may disclose Confidential Information if required by applicable laws or if requested by authorized government authorities. However, the
Company is obliged to inform the Customer as soon as possible in such cases.

Limitation of Liability

The Company cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of Confidential
Information.

Effectiveness of the Agreement

This Privacy Agreement comes into effect on the date it is signed by the parties and remains valid as long as the business relationship continues.

This Privacy Agreement governs the Privacy Policies between the parties and has been signed with the mutual understanding and approval of the parties involved.
