Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product. Shipping costs, including cargo fees, will be paid by the Customer.
Each product purchased will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within 30 days, without exceeding the legal period. If the product is not delivered within this time, the Buyer may terminate the agreement. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, along with any guarantee certificates, user manuals, and other documents if applicable.
In case the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller is required to inform the buyer in writing within 3 days after learning of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
If the Buyer does not pay for the product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
If it is determined that the credit card used for payment by the Buyer has been used by unauthorized persons after the product is delivered, and the bank or financial institution does not pay the Seller the amount for the product, the Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller within 3 days, with the return shipping costs borne by the SELLER.
If force majeure occurs and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be communicated to the Buyer. The Buyer can request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order, the amount paid by cash will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days from the cancellation. If the Buyer paid by credit card and cancels, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the Buyer’s account.
Before receiving the product/service subject to the agreement, the Buyer must inspect it. If the product/service is damaged, broken, the packaging is torn, etc., the Buyer should not accept it from the cargo company. If the product/service is accepted, it will be deemed that the product is intact and undamaged. After delivery, the Buyer must carefully protect the product/service. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product/service should not be used. The invoice for the product must also be returned with the product.
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address specified by the Buyer, by notifying the SELLER via the contact information below, without any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason.
If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the agreement is signed. In services contracts where the service performance has started with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be used. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send written notification (via registered mail, fax, or email) to the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" provisions stated in this agreement.
For the product delivered to the Buyer or a third party, the invoice for the product (if the product is an institutional order, the return invoice issued by the institution must be included for the return to be processed).
The return form, the box and packaging of the returned product, and any standard accessories, if applicable, must be delivered in complete and undamaged condition.
Upon receiving the withdrawal notification, the SELLER is obliged to refund the full amount and return the documents that have committed the Buyer within 10 days, and to accept the product back within 20 days.
If the product’s value decreases due to the Buyer's fault, or if return is impossible, the Buyer must compensate for the SELLER’s losses in proportion to their fault. However, the Buyer will not be responsible for any changes or damages arising from the proper use of the product within the withdrawal period.
If the Buyer’s use of the withdrawal right causes the Buyer to fall below the campaign threshold, any discount enjoyed as part of the campaign will be canceled.
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products prepared according to the Buyer’s personal needs or those that are not suitable for return (e.g., innerwear, swimwear, makeup products, single-use products, products that may spoil quickly or have an expiration date, products that cannot be separated from other products after delivery, periodicals like newspapers and magazines, products delivered electronically, or immaterial products delivered instantly).
Products such as cosmetics and personal care products, innerwear, swimwear, books, copyable software, and stationery supplies (toner, cartridge, ribbons, etc.) can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, unused, undamaged, and untried.
If the Buyer defaults on payment by credit card, they acknowledge and agree that they will be responsible for paying interest to the bank under the credit card agreement and that the bank may take legal action to collect any costs and attorney fees from the Buyer. In case of default, the Buyer agrees to compensate the SELLER for any damages caused by the delayed fulfillment of the debt
