ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product, whose details and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER orders
electronically from the SELLER’s website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the
Implementation Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts, to determine the rights and obligations of the parties

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

4.1 - The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery information
regarding the product subject to the agreement on the website and have given the necessary confirmation electronically

4.2 - The product subject to the agreement will be delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated by the Buyer, within the
time stated in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the Buyer’s residence, without exceeding the legal 3-day
period.

4.3 - If the product subject to the agreement is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the SELLER cannot be held responsible
if the person/organization refuses to accept the delivery.

4.4 - The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in a sound, complete, and undamaged condition, in accordance with the specifications
mentioned in the order, and with any warranty certificates and user manuals if applicable.

4.5 - The product subject to the agreement will only be delivered after the signed copy of this agreement is provided to the SELLER and the payment is
made through the method preferred by the BUYER. If the payment for the product is not made or is canceled in bank records, the SELLER is relieved
from the obligation to deliver the product.

4.6 - If, after the delivery of the product, the BUYER’s credit card is used by unauthorized persons without the BUYER’s fault, and the relevant bank or
financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the product must be returned to the SELLER within 3 days, provided it has been
delivered to the BUYER. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.

4.7 - If the SELLER is unable to deliver the product within the specified time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse
weather conditions, transportation disruptions, etc., the SELLER is obliged to inform the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER may choose
to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one if available, or postpone the delivery until the obstacle is resolved. If the BUYER cancels
the order, the amount paid will be refunded within 10 days.

4.8 - Defective or damaged products that are sold with a warranty
certificate can be sent to the SELLER for necessary repairs under warranty conditions. In such cases, the shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 7 days of receiving the product at the address indicated by the BUYER or a third
party. To exercise this right, the BUYER must notify the SELLER via fax, email, or phone within this period, and the product must not have been used in
accordance with the provisions of Article 6. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the SELLER with the original
invoice and a copy of the cargo delivery receipt. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 7 days of receiving the return. If the original
invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded. The shipping cost for the returned product due to withdrawal will be covered
by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 6 - PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that, by their nature, cannot be returned, such as single-use products, copyable software and
programs, perishable items, or products with an expiration date. The right of withdrawal is also conditional on the following products not having been
opened, damaged, or used

Portable Computers (Returns will not be accepted once the original operating system is installed.)

All types of software and programs

DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and tapes

Computer and stationery consumables (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.)

All types of cosmetic products

Telephone credit orders

ARTICLE 7 - COMPETENT COURT

In the application of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s or Seller's place of residence are authorized,
as announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, for disputes up to the announced value.
If the order is completed, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement.
